Position Summary:
?負責上海市諾舒、美奧舒推設備銷售和耗材上量。
?開發(fā)維護重要客戶，支持客戶日常工作。
?開展相關學術活動。
?經(jīng)銷商管理。
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
?維護、開發(fā)客戶，提升客戶滿意度和黏著度。
?積極跟臺，了解客戶使用習慣和手術特點，優(yōu)化設備使用感受。
?與學組合作，開展有效學術活動，推動宮腔鏡技術整體水平發(fā)展。
?培訓、指導、管理經(jīng)銷商，規(guī)范經(jīng)銷商日常行為，幫助經(jīng)銷商完成指標。
Qualifications:
?本科以上、專業(yè)不限、臨床醫(yī)學或者醫(yī)學相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
?至少6年以上相關行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗，婦科（設備、器械、藥品均可）、微創(chuàng)行業(yè)者優(yōu)先。5年以上經(jīng)銷商管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
?具備較強重要客戶管理能力和專業(yè)服務精神。
?具備獨立開展相關學術活動和支持客戶開展學術活動的能力。
?勤奮、能夠適應高強度工作。
