職責描述：1. 根據教學內容、學生實際情況和學生的認識規律，精心設計教學程序；2. 耐心研究教學方法及課程內容、授課過程，根據IGCSE，A-Level教學大綱研究考試方向和考試知識點，定期舉行評教；3. 根據學生不同基礎、不同需求規劃學習方案；4. 及時了解學生成績及心理變化，適時調整和優化教學手段并做好課外輔導；5. 在授課期間適當組織測驗活動，檢驗學生接受輔導的成效，并做出教學質量分析；6. 參加本學科教研交流，研究和選擇先進的教學方法；7. 服從學術校長的安排，完成領導臨時交辦的任務。任職要求：1、良好的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力。非英語專業，英語要求達到六級；英語專業要求達到專業八級； 2、數學等相關專業的碩士研究生及以上學歷； 3、具備敬業精神和職業道德操守，性格開朗，具有較強的感召力和親和力，思路敏捷清晰，做事認真仔細； 4、樂于接受挑戰，能夠承受工作壓力；樂觀向上，心懷開闊、具有較強的團隊合作意識； 5、熱愛教育事業，有志成為老師者； 6、能夠承擔英語教授A-level相應課程者； 7、海歸人士及有一線教師工作經驗或持有英方A-LEVEL教師資格證書者優先； 8、形象端正、中西文化修養深厚，熟練使用中英文語言； 9、擅長人際溝通，喜歡與人打交道。
