崗位職責(zé)：1.產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略與規(guī)劃：①主導(dǎo)定義面向消費者(2C)和企業(yè)(2B)的智能算力服務(wù)器多功能產(chǎn)品形態(tài)，結(jié)合邊緣計算、AI推理等場景，打造差異化競爭力(如低延遲、高能效、模塊化設(shè)計)②深度拆解個人用戶(極客/創(chuàng)作者/智能家居用戶)與企業(yè)客戶(中小AI團(tuán)隊/邊緣計算服務(wù)商)的核心需求，設(shè)計靈活的產(chǎn)品架構(gòu)(如硬件算力堆善+訂閱制軟件服務(wù))；2.全生命周期管理：①推動硬件(服務(wù)器架構(gòu)、芯片選型、散熱設(shè)計)與軟件(算力調(diào)度系統(tǒng)、開發(fā)者工具鏈)的整合落地，協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)鏈、研發(fā)、測試團(tuán)隊完成產(chǎn)品交付②設(shè)計用戶增長策略，同時規(guī)劃2B端行業(yè)解決方案(如API接口、集群管理功能)；3.生態(tài)與資源整合：①聯(lián)動芯片廠商(如英偉達(dá)、海思)、開源社區(qū)及開發(fā)者生態(tài)，構(gòu)建算力產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)壁壘與合作伙伴網(wǎng)絡(luò)②主導(dǎo)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新，探索硬件銷售、算力租賃、增值服務(wù)等多維度盈利路徑。崗位要求：1.5年以上硬件產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理經(jīng)驗，主導(dǎo)過智能硬件/oT設(shè)備/服務(wù)器類產(chǎn)品的完整生命周期；2.兼具2C爆品經(jīng)驗(如智能家居、消費電子)與2B解決方案設(shè)計經(jīng)驗(如企業(yè)級硬件、行業(yè)定制化產(chǎn)品)3.有頭部科技公司背景優(yōu)先(如小米生態(tài)鏈企業(yè)、大疆行業(yè)應(yīng)用部門、華為/英偉達(dá)相關(guān)產(chǎn)品線)；4.優(yōu)秀的技術(shù)理解能力，熟悉算力場景技術(shù)棧(如CUDA、TensorRT、邊緣計算框架)，能深度參與硬件架構(gòu)討論；5.優(yōu)秀的用戶洞察力、數(shù)據(jù)分析分析能力、商業(yè)敏感度以及成本控制與供應(yīng)鏈管理經(jīng)驗。
