職責(zé)描述:1.在銷售線索產(chǎn)生并確認(rèn)潛在客戶轉(zhuǎn)化為有效客戶過程中,成為客戶的第一個(gè)或最初的聯(lián)系窗口,與客戶能進(jìn)行清晰簡(jiǎn)單的溝通,并通過有效的銷售流程給其提供專業(yè)的指導(dǎo)。2.通過外撥電話發(fā)現(xiàn)新客戶,維護(hù)和拓展公司在區(qū)域內(nèi)潛在客戶的數(shù)據(jù)庫。3.與AE和渠道合作以建立和擴(kuò)大銷售漏斗,并能夠及時(shí)有效地完成項(xiàng)目,同時(shí)在CRM中維護(hù)準(zhǔn)確的跟進(jìn)記錄。4.利用公司學(xué)習(xí)到的專業(yè)知識(shí),在整個(gè)銷售過程中為客戶提供解決方案,直至客戶下訂單。5.協(xié)助AE和渠道(如前期咨詢、演示等)向客戶銷售可穿戴計(jì)算機(jī)/工業(yè)AR軟件/云平臺(tái)和技術(shù)服務(wù),完成大中華區(qū)的業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)。6.利用客戶關(guān)系管理(CRM)工具對(duì)我司主動(dòng)和被動(dòng)獲取的銷售線索進(jìn)行管理和分析。7.建立和維護(hù)有效的客戶關(guān)系,了解客戶需求,促進(jìn)客戶充分了解可穿戴計(jì)算機(jī)/工業(yè)AR軟件/云平臺(tái)和技術(shù)服務(wù),并配合提供解決方案以確??蛻粲幸粋€(gè)積極正向的體驗(yàn)。8.能夠把控銷售流程中的各個(gè)方面,并在需要時(shí)可以與其他部門進(jìn)行良好的合作。9.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他相關(guān)工作。任職要求:1.3年相關(guān)行業(yè)的銷售經(jīng)歷,具有較強(qiáng)的銷售能力和數(shù)字化捕捉能力.2.良好的數(shù)字化項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)和知識(shí)。3.具備較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力和責(zé)任心以及正直的人品,會(huì)以客戶為導(dǎo)向思考問題。4.本科或碩士學(xué)歷,理工科專業(yè)(計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)優(yōu)先)。5.必須以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向,善于維護(hù)人際關(guān)系和溝通能力。6.必須善于團(tuán)隊(duì)合作。Job de****ion?Be the owner and first/ initial contact point for the lead qualification process for leads generated and determine the potential. Clear and concise communication with customers and provide guidance through the sales qualification process.?Making outbound calls to discover new customers. Maintain and expand company database of prospects within the region.?Partner with AE and Channels to build and scale pipeline and close projects efficiently. Maintaining accurate records in CRM.?Utilize the expertise available in HQ to support customers for the solutions requirement throughout the sales process up to the point of order placement.?Assist AE and Channels (like providing consult and demo at early stage) selling wearable computer/industrial AR software/cloud platform and technical services to customers, achieving business targets for GCA.?Inbound/outbound leads management and analysis using the tool of CRM. ?Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer to understand full of wearable computer/industrial AR software/cloud platform and technical services, and aligning to provide a solution. Ensuring a positive customer experience.?Be able to control all aspects in sales processes and well work with across departments when in need.?Other relevant tasks will be assigned by your leader.Job requirements?3 years sales experience in related industries, strong sales competency with digital capture capability.?Good experience and knowledge of digitalization project.Strong learning ability, sense of responsibility and integrity, customer-oriented thinking.?A bachelor or master’s degree, major in science or engineering (computer major is preferred).?Must be results-oriented, good at maintaining interpersonal and communication skills.?Must be good at teamwork.
